In response to the growing fear surrounding the spread of COVID-19 within Australia and across the world, our team will reassure you that we endeavour to provide health and safety measures as guided by Australian Health Department and the hospitality industry. We registered as NSW Covid Safe Business.
As we have always maintained the highest cleanliness and hygiene, we are implementing additional measures to help stop the spread the best we could and we need your support at all times 🙂 Staff are all Covid-19 double vaccinated!
Increased cleaning and sanitizing the rooms contact surfaces. Sanitizer/Disinfectant provided in each room for guest/s to use.
Staff displaying flu like symptoms to refrain from reporting for work.
We shall keep the distance as advised to minimize person to person contact.
Changes are made the way we provide room service. Request for additional coffee, tea, sugar, milk, or towel replacements has to be requested by phone or sms and will be available at the Reception for pick up from 8am – 6pm only.
If guests are feeling unwell, we suggest that you stay at home and do not travel.
A declaration and information for contract tracing will be requested upon check in in compliance with the Health Order of NSW Health Department. Guests can download NSW Service Apps for Covid Safe Check in. QR Code is available to take your auto details. When you arrive, hover your phone camera or QR Code Reader over the code. Smart phone reads the code and one of two things will happen: you will be asked to download the Service NSW app or if you have it, you will be taken to the check in and then the staff can check if you successfully check in on the guests/s phone.
